Second Harvest of the Big Bend announces that it is requesting proposals from potential vendors to enter into Contract to supply the Food Bank with food and related supplies.
Attached is the Request for Proposals packet, which provides instructions for the content and submission of proposals.
Catering Vendor Contract:
Bids may be submitted either physically or electronically for this contract. To submit a physical bid, you may deliver or mail your sealed bid to 4446 Entrepot Blvd. Tallahassee, FL 32310 to the attention of Arun Dhanarajan. To submit an electronic bid, please send the document via email to Arun Dhanarajan at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line, “SFSP Bid – Bidder Name.” Reminder – bids must be submitted by March 31, 2023 at 11:00 am. The public opening will be at 4446 Entrepot Blvd. Tallahassee, FL 32310 at 11:30 am.
