Take Action

Hunger is a solvable problem. Most people can give a few dollars, a few pounds of food or a few volunteer hours at the food bank. That’s all it takes to put your desire to make a difference to work. Choose what works for you, depending on your expertise, talents, interests and resources.

Make a financial contribution – Donating money is the most efficient way to bring food to your hungry neighbors. We make it easy to make a monthly or one-time gift, include Second Harvest of the Big Bend in your will, or even make a gift to celebrate a special event.
