Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Greens (Spinach or Kale)
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Cup Fruit ( Your Choice)
  • 1 Cup Milk or Milk Substitute

Cooking Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Add water if you desire a thinner smoothie.
  • Serve!
