Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground Chicken
- 1/2 Onion (Chopped)
- Salt to Taste
- Black Pepper to Taste
- 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 1/2 TSP Ground Ginger
- 1 Cup Celery (Chopped)
- 1 Carrot (Grated)
- 1/4 Cup Sesame Dressing
- 12 Lettuce Leaves
- 1 TSP Chili Powder
- 1/4 Cup Peanuts (Chopped)
Cooking Instructions
- Heat pan with oil and cook onion for 3 minutes or until translucent.
- Add garlic, ginger, celery, and ground chicken. Saute until chicken is cooked all the way through.
- Add carrot, sesame dressing, and chili powder. Let cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve on a lettuce wrap and enjoy!
