Ground Chicken and Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 Onion (Chopped)
  • Salt to Taste
  • Black Pepper to Taste
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1/2 TSP Ground Ginger
  • 1 Cup Celery (Chopped)
  • 1 Carrot (Grated)
  • 1/4 Cup Sesame Dressing
  • 12 Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 TSP Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Peanuts (Chopped)

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat pan with oil and cook onion for 3 minutes or until translucent.
  • Add garlic, ginger, celery, and ground chicken. Saute until chicken is cooked all the way through.
  • Add carrot, sesame dressing, and chili powder. Let cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve on a lettuce wrap and enjoy!
