Ingredients
- 3 Medium tomatoes
- 1 cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion
- 3oz Crumbled Queso Fresco
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- ¼ cup White Wine Vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Dry Oregano
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Make the dressing first by adding the seasoning to a mixing bowl first. Then add oil, vinegar, and 2 pinches of salt. Whisk thoroughly.
- Slice the tomatoes about a ¼ inch and lay on bottom of a plate.
- Using a mandolin, thinly slice onion and spread over top of tomato. Then crumble queso fresco and spread over top onion.
- Finally, add dressing by pouring over top the salad
- Let it sit for about 5 minutes and enjoy!
