Ingredients
- 2 Cups Corn Kernels
- 1 Tomato (Diced)
- 1 Cucumber (Diced)
- 1/2 Red Onion (Diced)
- 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
- One Drop Honey
- 1 TBSP of Olive Oil
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- Black Pepper to Taste
- *Can substitute Vinegar for Lime Juice or Sugar for Honey
Cooking Instructions
- Toss everything into a mixing bowl and combine ingredients throughly
- Cover and store in refrigeration.
- Serve!
